Refund and Returns Policy

This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which returns, refunds, and exchanges may be accepted for purchases made through THREADZ CLOTHING CO.

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following requirements:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • In original condition
  • Free from damage, stains, odors, or alterations
  • Returned with original tags and packaging, when applicable

Items that do not meet these requirements may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Unless required by applicable law or due to a product defect or fulfillment error, the following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Products specifically identified as non-returnable on the product page

Return Authorization

Customers must contact THREADZ CLOTHING CO before returning any item.

To request return authorization, please provide:

  • Order number
  • Customer name
  • Email address used for the order
  • Item(s) being returned
  • Reason for the return request

Returns sent without prior authorization may be delayed, refused, or ineligible for processing.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is approved due to a defective product, incorrect item shipment, or another fulfillment error caused by THREADZ CLOTHING CO, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning merchandise. THREADZ CLOTHING CO is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged while in transit to our facility.

Refund Processing

Once an authorized return is received and inspected, we will notify the customer regarding approval or denial of the refund request.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after inspection and approval
  • Financial institutions and payment providers may require additional time to post funds to the customer’s account

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be available depending on product availability.

Customers seeking an exchange should contact us before returning merchandise. Exchange requests are reviewed individually and follow the same eligibility requirements as standard returns.

Product availability cannot be guaranteed at the time an exchange request is received.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If a customer receives a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, they should contact THREADZ CLOTHING CO within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photographs when applicable

Each case is reviewed individually, and we will work to provide an appropriate resolution when warranted.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before processing or shipment begins. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and the standard return process will apply.
